The lodging we could confirm at Elysian Gangchon is one condo on the same site as the slopes. Baegyang-ri Station on the Gyeongchun line is also inside the resort, so you can ride the train in, drop your bags at the condo and walk to the snow.
Coming by train: Baegyang-ri Station is inside the resort. ITX-Cheongchun takes about an hour.

Chuncheon city outings: Chuncheon is known for its Myeongdong dakgalbi street and Silbi Makguksu. The resort sells Nami Island as a package, and the Gangchon Rail Park rail bike runs November to February, 09:00 to 16:30. Best for: Skiing by day and a city evening. The 2026-27 opening date has not been announced. It goes on the opening dates page as soon as the resort publishes it.
Seollal (Lunar New Year) 2027 falls on Sunday, February 7, with the holiday running February 6–8. That weekend fills resort rooms and shuttles first and jams the roads back to Seoul, so book it before anything else.
